Boys will be boys.....

Here we are... it's Sunday morning... I should be in church, but woke up feeling a lil under the weather. SOOO.... I'm kicked back in the recliner... drinking some coffee, which I have NEVER liked until recently (thanks to my 13 year old son... how ironic is that?) thinking about how time does fly! Mark, Logan, and Ethan are all hunting in Eureka. I've attached the pictures to share with the world. I am SO proud of them! This is Ethan's FIRST buck! I bet you can't tell by his smile, huh? I just don't get it.... hunting... killing poor lil innocent animals... what do men (a.k.a. BOYS- get out of the whole thing?) However, I must say, if it weren't for deer burger, jerky, roasts, and back strap, my family would have nothing to eat! We LIVE on that stuff. Hope you enjoy the pics. Need to get back to the never ending world of laundry and dishes before the hunters return from their wkend of testosterone, blood, and guts.... EWWWW!!!

Up.. up... and.... away????

Hello to.... well.... no one at this point.... but with any luck.... many old friends and new ones soon! This is, "I hope" the first entry of many adventurous tales of life with my 3 spirited sons and a full-time "kid at heart" whom I lovingly call my hubby after 16 blissful years of marriage!

It's an old picture... but a good one considering they are all in it! I had to bribe them to even take family pictures! What is it with boys/men and taking pics??? We are due for more soon, so I'll post them when the time comes.... have to work on more ideas to bribe them with first! Suggestions will GLADLY be accepted :)

Well, my first blog will be short and sweet, however I want to give credit where credit is due. I really enjoyed reading Isabella's Blog (One of God's Lil Miracles) , Angela's life w/ her three GIRLS (I can't EVEN imagine) her daily challenges with rrheumatoid arthritis & her Lil one's struggle with Dandy-Walker. I was also moved by one of my students blogs. (I am a K-8 Vocal Music Teacher by day) I was encouraged by each of these people.... so much that I decided to start my own! Thanks guys!
